Amiconi Consulting  will operate special tours for participants and accompanying persons before, during and after the conference, providing ample opportunity to admire the beauty of Lugano and Ticino.

All tour prices include transportation, guides, entrance fees, lunch and accommodation where stated, service charge and VAT (currently 7.6%). Participants are highly recommended to reserve tours before arrival, as on-site request will be subject to availability. Full pre-payment of tours is required for reservations.

Reservation procedure
Tour reservations may be made by completing the housing form. Confirmation will only be made upon full pre-payment of the tour price.

Cancellation of daily city tours
Cancellations in writing to Amiconi Consulting made 5 days before the tour will receive a full refund minus a charge of 20 CHF for administrative costs.

Cancellation of post-conference tours
Cancellation in writing made 28 days before departure date:
100% refund less 50 CHF for administrative costs

14 days before departure date
50% refund less 50 CHF for administrative costs
