Only a very limited number of places is available in pensions and apartments and only for at least one week stay. Please note that we do not make any booking in camping places.

Rates per room and per night, inclusive VAT and breakfast.
Above indicated prices are for 2008. In case the Swiss VAT increases, the room rates will be changed accordingly.  No additional handling charges will apply for the booking process.
We invite everybody to make the Hotel bookings in advance and to consider in making group bookings in order to stay with your friends and colleagues in the same Hotel.
All bookings are made on a first come first served basis.

Confirmation
The hotel reservation will be confirmed after reception of the Housing form.
Type of room preferred and dates required must be specified and the above-mentioned deposit must be received.
Should the desired hotel no longer be available, similar accommodation will be offered.

Cancellation
- Before 6 December 2007: a handling fee of CHF 50 will be charged
- After 5 April 2008: the hotel deposit will be forfeited
- No-show: the amount covering the full stay will not be refunded
