Early bird enrolment requires payment in full before 29 February 2008

Regular enrolment is available until 30 June 2008

Late enrolment applies from the 1 July until the Congress starts and is payable in cash on registration only

Student enrolment requires proof of student status (see note 1)

Friends enrolment is subject to special conditions (see note 2)


We offer a daily vegetarian Lunch Box for a total cost of CHF 120,00.
This allows you to have an easy rest during lunch break and to enjoy the beautiful gardens around the Congress Center.

The Congress Directors want the congress fees to be as reasonable as possible. Please note the generous discount for early registration which will help those of us travelling from long distance and those of us on a tight budget.

The Congress fee is payable in full through PayPal.

The Congress fee covers access to Congress Events.
There is no discount for part attendance.
Deposit and instalment payments are not accepted.

NOTES

1. Available for teacher trainees on teacher training courses. An original letter of student verification is required: the letter needs to be on the training course letterhead, specifying start date and end date for the named student. The student rate is opened to students who are registered as such in July or August 2008 (qualifying in July 2008 is acceptable). The letter needs to be signed by the head of training or assistant head of training and to be brought with you and presented at the Registration office on the first day of the Congress.

2. Available for friends and supporters or advanced pupils. You are invited to attend the plenary sessions and all afternoon and evening events. Your presence at these events is of value to the entire Alexander Community.  

3. Refund policy:
100% less 150 Swiss Francs administrative fee if cancelling
before 31 December 2007.

50% if cancelling before 30 June 2008.

No refunds made after 1 July 2008.

Any cancellation has to be made by both e-mail and land mail and must be confirmed by our administrators.

4. Photography and recording are only permitted with the presenter’s permission. Professionally reproduced audiotapes may be available for purchase after the Congress. Some of the presentations may be professionally videotaped and made available for purchase.
