- At booking: 20% of the total amount
- 25 January 2008: 30% of the total amount

Cancellation
Until 5 September 2007:
100% of the confirmed allotment with no penalty

Between 6 September 2007 and 6 January 2008:
10% of the confirmed allotment with no penalty

Between 7 January and 5 June 2008:
5% of the confirmed allotment with no penalty

After 6 June 2008:
the full stay will be invoiced


Social events for groups, transfers and other request

Amiconi Consulting is at your disposal for the suggestion and the organization of any social activity outside the congress facilities and program.

Airport Transfers
Amiconi Consulting offers the possibility to organize transfers from and to the airport of both Lugano and the international airports of Milan (Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, Orio al Serio-Bergamo: low cost flights), Italy.
