Jule Gartzke
Coming from a dance and theatre background, Jule was lucky enough to first have contact with the Alexander Technique while she was still studying contemporary dance at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen Germany.
Having trained with Chris Stevens and Nadia Kevan, she has been a teacher of the Alexander Technique since 1998. Jule worked with 1st Generation teachers Walter Carrington and Elisabeth Walker and since 2004 intensively in London with John Hunter.
She finds teaching is a very important part of her performing career and her life and enjoys working with people from all backgrounds whilst maintaining a special interest in the performing arts.
From 2005-2006 Jule was a member of the board of directors of the German Alexander Technique Society (GLAT).
