Otto Vogt

Guided Mindfulness Meditation - each morning at 7:30 am (see schedule)

Guided Mindfullness Meditation is an opportunity to come home in the midst of the thousand sounds and happenings of a Congress to this inner place of presence, stillness, spaciousness and love that is our natural state. You will be guided into lying down and sitting meditations, and you will also be taught how to rest in awareness of your body, breath, all the senses, the emotions and thoughts. The overall groove of the workshop will be easy, relaxed, no effort, non striving and friendly.

All are welcome to attend any of the 5 workshops as they are alike each morning.

Otto Vogt has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1986. In the last ten years he has been working as an Osteopath as well.
