F.M. Alexander Technique in companies

This presentation and workshop will explore strategies to introduce the F.M. Alexander Technique into companies and to set up a network for interested teachers.
Working environments have changed and so have work-related injuries/illnesses. The number of staff who suffers from muscular-skeletal conditions and stress-related health problems is increasing across all age groups. Therefore, companies need to put in place effective strategies for health management which enable employees to improve their health in a sustainable way. As a psycho-physical method for individual change, the F.M. Alexander Technique is a very suitable tool to achieve this goal.

(This presentation is in German only.)
