Success Coaches - Alexander Technique in Companies

Workplace absenteeism is one of the biggest challenges companies face. Pain, illness, accidents and psychological issues are some of the causes of absenteeism. We will present Alexander Technique learning processes which have had consistent favorable results in the last 7 years in the corporate world. We will share insights about our experiences in both promoting our work and the teaching itself. Our intention is to motivate the participants to develop themselves and their practice in the area of AT & Business. The participants will receive theoretical information as well as the opportunity for practical work in pair and groups.

Priska Gauger-Schelbert attended the Performance School in Seattle in 1991. From 1992-1995 she was trained by Jacqueline Webster in Zürich. The A.T. has become an essential part of their work routine.

She is married and mother of four children. She lives in the central part of Switzerland.
