Inspiration and Reflection

These continuous learning sessions will focus around my twin Alexander passions, breathing and awareness. We will use skills of working on ourselves, and hands-on work with each other to explore aspects of breathing in others and in ourselves. Over the two days, we will use a reflective journal as a personal and professional development tool. Key elements for exploration are the intimate relationship between breathing and use and how we can facilitate awareness of that link. Becoming mindful of our own process allows us to focus more clearly on the present. This is a means orientated process rather than an end orientated process.
