WAYS OF ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE MAGIC
The Alexander Technique is magical, never superficial. I invite you to experience and learn some "Aha! that was an unexpected and pleasant experience" ways of working. Sometimes the Technique is revelatory - and that's magic.
In each of the 2 sessions in Lugano I shall share some of the discoveries I have made over the 40 years I have been involved with the work. The emphasis will be on how the Technique is continuous, fresh and renewable. All aspects of the work could be included. The discoveries still continue.
If you are interested to discover some effective and practical ways of working with the processes of the Technique then you are very welcome to to join me. You will almost certainly learn something new. In this magical work we never stop learning.
You will get the opportunity to choose any of the 33 presentations I propose (the 33 choices) - or request your own. The format will include group activities, demonstrations with individuals and small group work.
