Use of the Cell: Evolution of bio-mechanics
This is a hypothesis: From DNA to our wholeselves, or from atom to universe, if there is a certain direction of a movement of life, it is spiral.
In this workshop we will experiment bringing AT into other methods like Biology, Gregory Bateson's idea, SHIN Code NLP, Qi-kong, Asian ancient methods and so on.
Daiju Yokoe was born in 1963. He is Director at ATJ, Alexander Technique Japan, and a teaching Member of ATI. Educator for 20 years, staff of an alternative school for kids called "Nagoya Escool". Bachelor, majoring crop-science and biology.
He had his first AT lesson in 1989 and became an AT teacher in 2003. He studied other educational methods like Steiner's, Bateson's, Adler's,
NLP, Qi-kong, Biosynthesis, Gosiki Healing, Asian ancient skills etc.. along the way. These days he is working with "spoiled" kids every day with AT. Training AT trainees every week. He is using AT on the stage as a Bluesman and survining as an alpinst, too.
