Walking and Conscious Presence

The session would look at the state most people find themselves in with reference to walking. This would involve considering the fundamental elements of walking:
- standing and the problem of stillness
- initiating forward movement
- travelling through space
- use of the eyes in leading movement of the head
- stopping
- maintenance of conscious awareness during these activities.
