Changing Your Whole Self 
- how changing habitual responses can effect the whole self to very deep levels

This discussion group will be looking into this area of the work, without wanting or needing, to arrive at any sort of final conclusion, but rather to open up a dialogue for further exploration.

Do we need to change all aspects of ourselves?
Does incorpoarating the "Technique" into your life, bring about some changes automatically?
How many different facets of yourself can you discover?
Which ones don't need changing?
Which ones seem impossible to change?





Ken Thompson was born in London in 1935. He plays regular tennis, does yoga, and Tai Chi, likes Eastern philosophy, and the teachings of J. Krishnamurti. Ken trained with the Carrington’s (1976-79), worked on a number of training courses, ATA in London (1981-84), with Chris Stevens in Denmark (1984-85), and attended a number of Marjory Barstow’s workshops in London. He also took part in the ‘88, ‘91, ‘94, ‘96, ‘99 Congresses. He opened the Essex Alexander School in 1988, qualifying 50 teachers by 2007.
Ken has written two books, ‘The Movement Book’ which offers a new look at improving individual coordination, and ‘Are You a Natural Hatha Yogi’ which links body type, anatomical and physiological make-up, suggests that these are the main factors in determining one’s potential to perform yoga postures.
