Vision improvement supported by the Alexander Principles.
Use of the eyes as part of the use of the self.
Visual awareness as a facilitator of Primary Control.

Brigitte Cavadias MSTAT is an Alexander Teacher and a Bates/vision Teacher.  Having always been fascinated by the fact that vision skills or impairments are often taken for granted, she aims in her teaching to restore the eyes to their
primary importance as coordinating agents.  As well as teaching privately in
France and in London, she assists and teaches vision in the Alexander Technique School Queen's Park and teaches vision in the Brighton School for Alexander Technique. She is a co-founder of the ALTEVI (ALexander TEchnique and VIsion) team, with whom she has been facilitating workshops throughout Europe for the last five years. She also runs a Bates  Training Course, open only to Alexander Teachers and Trainees.

Marianne Moinot MSTAT is a recently qualified Alexander and Bates Teacher.
