FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION is the theme of this event and emphasizes the importance of passing on Alexander’s principles. In attendance will be Elisabeth Walker, from Oxford England. She is one of the last senior Alexander Teachers trained by F.M. Alexander. Elisabeth will present a keynote address at the Congress and will give master classes.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING – opportunities each morning from 9 - 10.30h - will also address this generational shift. More than 25 Senior Alexander Teachers from many different countries, representing many streams of our work, will be teaching daily classes and you can study with 3 of them for two consecutive days.

* KEVAN MARTIN DPhil - Director of The Institute of Neuroinformatics at the University of Zurich will be hosting the Daily Plenary Sessions:
* The Plastic Brain - BARONESS SUSAN GREENFIELD DPhil - Distinguished scientist, broadcaster, writer and best selling author of 'The Human Brain' and 'Brain Story'
* The Neural Correlates of Consciousness - CHRISTOF KOCH PhD - Professor of cognitive and behavioral biology at the California Institute of Technology and author of 'The Quest for Consciousness'
* The Creative Brain - IDAN SEGEV PhD - David & Inez Myers Professor in Computational Neuroscience and former director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Neural Computation (ICNC) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
* Empathy and the Brain - TANIA SINGER - Assistant Professor of Social Neuroscience and Neuroeconomics at the Center for the Study of Social and Neural Systems at the University of Zürich
